Information you provide
The request form asks for contact details, property information and your questions. The application form asks for contact details, location, availability and relevant experience. Do not include identification documents or sensitive information in free-text fields.
How information is handled
In demo mode, no request is stored by HomeCheck or sent to a service provider. In connected mode, submitted information is sent to the configured request handler to manage your enquiry. Payment may be handled separately by Stripe; card details are not collected by this website.
Your booking draft
Booking progress is stored in session storage in your browser tab for up to one hour, so you can change language without losing your details. You can remove it using “Clear saved details”. Closing the tab removes its session storage. This is not used for advertising.
Before services open
The operator must publish its legal identity, privacy contact, lawful bases, processors, retention periods, transfer safeguards and procedures for access, correction and deletion requests before collecting live personal data. You may lodge a complaint with the Portuguese data protection authority, CNPD.
